OUR STORY

Hello! My name is Jasmine McClung and I am the proud owner & head baker of Jazzy's Sweet Treats. I am a fully licensed baker who operates out of the local commercial kitchen, Visalia Kitchen Co-Op here in Visalia, Ca. 

 

 I got started in baking like a lot of us did, during the pandemic with banana bread. When my place of employment shut down permanently due to Covid in May 2020, I sat at home, unemployed for the first time in my adult life. I was going stir crazy and baking was my escape, but its quickly become my passion!

 

On August 25th, 2021, I officially started Jazzy's Sweet Treats and in February 2023, we switched our business model over to focus on mini cakes. With a repertoire of 62 flavors and counting, it keeps things fresh and exciting for our customers. Our philosophy is simple: no frills, just phenomenal flavor.
